I absolutely love living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The space is bright, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern finishes. The layout is perfect—there’s plenty of room to relax, work, and entertain. The kitchen is a dream with all new appliances, and the living area is so cozy yet functional. I also appreciate the thoughtful details like ample storage and the high-quality flooring. The management team Lauren and Shania is friendly and responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The building amenities, like the gym, and the venue area are fantastic and add so much value to my living experience.

My wife and I met Franklin the day we went for a tour. He was great from the get go! He kept us on his radar and called us right away when a there was a drop on the prices. Needless to say, we secured our apartment right away. He was very understandable on our situation, as we were renting at another apartment complex at the time, and helped us reach a mid-point. We just recently moved in. The apartment was spotless when we moved in, and the welcome gift was a great touch. Him and Mya have been available all the time, always with a smile and making sure we have everything we need. PD: they are also in charge of all the fun events among the residents every month. We attended our first last month and it was awesome!
