We recently moved into our apartment in August and so far our experience has been wonderful. The staff here, and other residents are very friendly, and we have certainly enjoyed our experience in our new home. Many of these negative reviews seem to be false, management and the maintenance team have been on top of things, and quick to respond to any concerns. As far as any bugs (ants, roaches, spiders etc.) this is something that you should expect in most places living in the low country, especially if you are in a first floor unit, or do not properly maintain/clean your home.
