I've been living at The Preserve at Ridgeville for just over a year and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The location is fantastic, with community events and keeping everyone included. The apartments themselves are very spacious and affordable. While the staff here is top-notch - Jared is a great guy in the office and if I have any questions or need anything he is always happy to help, while I haven’t had but one or two issues with the apartment the maintenance team is always so fast to fix anything. Overall, I would highly recommend The Preserve at Ridgeville to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Charleston surrounding area!

Recently toured with Jared and it was a great experience. He was welcoming when we walked in the door and so much fun to talk to. It was like talking with an old friend. We toured two apartments and loved both floor plans. The amenities were top notch and we are excited about the move!
