PLEASE do not rent here. As a single mother age 25 years old with my 2 year old son it was a nightmare. Not kid friendly. Rented here july 2023-june 2024. Serious bug problem from the first day of moving in… NO COMMUNITY. I cried every week from being so miserable. You pay 1400 to have zero amenities. Ask them why they can’t keep tenants and switch management every year. Pay the extra $200 and get a luxury apartment in summerville and get SO MUCH MORE for your money. Please i’m begging yall don’t make my mistake. Don’t let this be a review you ignore
