Eddie Prest is of the highest caliber as apartment management goes. He has turn around the apartments since he has came on site too manage the place. Also i believe Mr. Prest has highest attention too detail of the apartments and renters and towards Veterans that reside here. In my opinion management here has never been better. I recently signed a lease here, and the apartment manager Eddie has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. He has looked out for me since I completed the application. I struck gold with this find, thank you Eddie!

This complex has long awaited a manager like Eddie Prest. In the short time he's been here he's already starting to turn this place around. Eddie has taken the time to actually listen to the tenants comments. He's planning on adding more lighting in the parking lot along with state of the art security cameras. I've lived here for 3 1/2 years and for the first time I don't feel embarrassed when I tell people I live at The Studios on 12th Street.

i've never lived here but i've been apartment hunting and was very interested in these. but i've been trying to get a hold of the owner or leasing manager, Lucy, for about a week now. i've called, left voicemails, and even texted the number like she asks in her voicemail greeting. i've gotten no response whatsoever. i attempted to go for a tour at least, and i couldn't even find a leasing office, let alone anywhere to park since you need a code or something to get inside. i thought about just applying blindly, but i don't want to risk it in case the apartment is bad. not a good experience for a first time apartment hunter / renter.
