At our community, we accept two pets per apartment and all pets must be spayed or neutered ahead of move-in. We look forward to meeting your furry friends, but we currently restrict the following animals: Dog Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Anita's, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, or Any Hybrid or Mixed Breed of One of the Aforementioned Breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (Snakes, Iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Macaws)Rent is $25 per month with a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.

Honestly this place should have a lot more stars than it does. I moved in shortly after it was built. My family and i have had the most wonderful experience living here. The office staff is great! And i haven't had any issues during my stay here! If your considering moving here your making a great choice. This is the first apartment i’ve lived in that truly cares about their residents
