If there’s one word to describe the property and the staff, it’s astonishing! The community manager Stacy was the first person I met, and she gave me a tour of the apartments. She was so incredibly welcoming and made me fall in love with the property instantly! Made the application process a breeze, and on my move-in date I met Tracee who was just as amazing as Stacy. I have never had a leasing team that actually genuinely cares about their residents making you feel like family. I was very hesitant about moving from the inner city out to the suburbs in Katy, but I am VERY happy with my decision. Lots of great places around too, come check them out!

It took me 5 mins of meeting with the staff to realize how different this family works together versus the employees I’ve dealt with in our apartments. Working directly with the entire team and clear communication put me at ease throughout the entire process and now as a resident. My favorite Ascend family member is Ms. Tracee Durst her charisma and wealth about her community and her professionalism yet gentleness made it incredibly ease to trust her in the process and believe she really had my best interest in mind especially being a first responder/army veteran it makes me feel really good to know someone had my back. The properly it’s self is very well kept never came here and found excuse trash if any around the property the units are very clean appear bug free and instantly gave me the “I’m finally home feeling”
