An older apartment building that is now surrounded my new modern buildings. Just two washers and dryers for the entire property, no gate for security and hard to reach property management company.

PROS: You neighbors are the best and sweetest people in the world CONS: 1 murder on property(you can see the footage on the citizen app if you doubt) 4 property managers while we were there-which led to huge lack of communication-super unprofessional. 3 break ins on property 2 attempted break ins on property Owners refusal to make it safer Reported that there would be new laundry units-never done 2 months wait on documented maintenance request - would like to note that maintenance team is actually really amazing, there just seemed to be miscommunication between property manager and them when we first got there. Getting in contact with the Lynn Mar and Guide Property as a whole was a nightmare. Our first property manager took a lot of vacations. Our second was almost nonexistent. Our third was absolutely wonderful and it’s clear why they weren’t kept on-they cared about the residents a ton and made waves. Our fourth had no communication with us to the point of several renters on property never receiving the laundry room code when the door locks were replaced after a break in. Communication is so bad that now, a month after moving out we still can’t reach them. You’ll have better luck getting ahold of someone in the financial department but still, that won’t help you much if you’re trying to get move out paperwork.
