Great apartment complex, well maintained and new manager has really stepped up. The newly renovated apartments look stellar and are priced well relative to other apartments in the area. Also, Shoal Creek has a great community, people hang out grilling, tend to the landscaping (bc they want to and enjoy it) and the pool is nice in the Texas Summer. Love where you live
