This apartment has been a pleasure to live in. The location is great, and love being so close to Interbay Golf and a bunch of parks. Being centrally located so close to Queen Anne, Downtown, Ballard, and Fremont also makes this an ideal place to be. The management at Aire is super responsive and helpful (almost always getting same day resolutions when things come up). They are also putting in a lot of resources to maintain and improve the building, which is always nice. Quality, value, and location marks are all high at Aire. Highly recommended!
