The apartment is facing Duboce Ave, on the 2nd floor, so this apartment is not for anyone who is noise sensitive. There is a laundry room with 2 stacked washer/dryer new Speed Queen commercial machines. BART IS A 3 BLOCK WALK! Central Rental location to SOMA, the Mission, BART, Easy walk to Rainbow Foods, 4 Barrel Coffee, 16th and Valencia corridor, Limon, Roxie, Best Buy, Costco and just a block to the freeway! No pets or smoking allowed in the building. There is NO garage in building so only street parking which is not that difficult in this location. We do know of monthly parking at nearby parking facilities that charge a monthly rent separately. Call to schedule an appointment. Frequently Asked Questions I can't make it to the open house.
