The building itself is fine, albeit on the slightly old side but I was still very comfortable living in it. The location is super convenient, and it's a very bustling neighborhood, especially during Christmas. The sound-proofing was especially amazing. The main drawbacks to this place is unfortunately management. Individually, the people I raised issues with are very nice and tried their best to help, but it feels like the understaffing and working with outdated systems makes dealing with management a bad experience. The recycling stopped being taken out in Christmas 2021 and STILL HASN'T RESUMED as of mid-July 2022, despite the issue being raised to them multiple times throughout. The payment system is also simply awful - I was overcharged over $1K throughout the 1 year I lived there. My security deposit also took over a month to come back - and the check was only mailed out when I specifically asked them for it. When my rent went up by over 20% despite receiving inferior service, that's when I decided to move out.
