I've been at 206 Bell for about three months now and I have no complaints. The management staff is super responsive, professional, and they always have fun events for the residents. The building is kept clean and the elevators are never out of service. I also love the location, but there are people who are sensitive to having homelessness in their neighborhood, so if this is you, tour the neighborhood beforehand. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront is about a six minute walk.

From finding me the perfect unit to lending me equipment to make my move easier, Tila and Cori made moving into 206 Bell a dream. We decided on Memorial Day weekend for my move in and the few things I requested from them were completed to my satisfaction by Thursday. The building has been tidy, secure and is already starting to feel like home.
206 Bell has been a great place to live at. The staff are all very friendly and kind and are always willing to work with you on anything that may occur. The leasing office staff does frequent community events which I think is amazing. I relocated over 3,000 miles for work and the staff here helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. I appreciate all there hard work and the support and education to the building and residents. The unit I am at is very nice with hardwood floors, big windows with lots of natural lights, in unit washer and dryer, and stainless steal appliances.
I also like there there are lots to do in the area with shopping, restaurants, night life, and work. Everything you needs is in walking distance but if you need to take public transportation there is lots of options on either side of the budling to use.

If you have to live downtown Seattle this is a wonderful location! Gym in the building Amazon locker's, billiards, rooftop barbecue with a television and fireplace and an astounding view! Secure building but the only downside is that there are a lot of indigent and transient people in this area. It is however walking distance to the Pike place market and the piers.
Garbage disposal needs to be taken care of more regularly. The trash shoot is always backed up. Wish gym was bigger. Other than that, it’s a great place. Glad there’s security now.
During my search for a new home, I found myself deciding between 206 Bell and another place. I loved the building, the unit I viewed, the location, and the amenities.
I have to really express how amazing the management team is at this place. Sheila and Mary are two of the most awesome, friendly, patient, and kind managers I’ve worked with in a very long time. They are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents and potential residents.
I ultimately went with a different place because I personally needed just a little more space, but this is a beautiful building in a great location with great management.

206 Bell is Great! Their rental rates are nice and affordable which in downtown Seattle makes a big difference. They recently changed ownership as of March 2023 and since then the new management has done wonders creating resident events, improving security, and actually caring about the community and its residents. This is a huge improvement over the last management company and I can’t wait to see how their changes will continue to improve 206 bell.

My experience at 206 Bell Street Apartments and especially with Cori has been nothing less than fantastic. I was relocating from Atlanta to Seattle and knew nothing about the area. I found 206 Bell online and from the first call, it was a fantastic experience. Cori was responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. She conducted a video tour of the apartment with me prior to move in and she assured me everything would be ready for my arrival, and it was. Cori and the maintenance team even ensured that my many packages were delivered safely and securely put into my apartment until I was in market. While I am still getting familiar with my new home and community, I can honestly say, it could not have gone any smoother! Thank you, to the entire staff for being so accommodating!
