I truly am enjoying my time here. The building has great amenities especially the gym. I love that we have a pet area on the 7th floor. I also like having a large clubroom to host family events. I enjoy watching the sunsets on the 8th floor rooftop. Just a beautiful building.

I have been living here for about 3 months and have loved it so far.
Location
The apartment's location is one of the best in the area, and there's not much more I could ask for. Being right in Cap Hill allows you to easily take transit (<1 min walk to the Link) and also gives you access to lots of nearby great food, and lots of things to do. A huge plus for me personally is that the building is connected to SolidCore, which I go to regularly.
My only advice regarding this location is to be aware of yourself and your surroundings when walking around outside.
Amenities
The amenities are great here. There is an indoor parking garage for your car that is gated via remote control. The only other amenity I really use is the gym, but the gym is great and fits all my needs. The gym/lounge area is also well-kept and clean.
The Apartment Unit Itself
I love my unit. I am in a unit with a kitchen island and absolutely love the layout of the place. It was way more spacious than I initially thought it would be, and the whole look/feel of the unit is very modern and comfortable. The appliances are nice quality and the stove is a gas stove.
Experience With Staff
My move-in/post-move experience has been amazing. Everyone who works here is very nice, easy to talk to, and accommodating. Leigha especially has been great to work with as she was able to work with me on and off through a moving delay (I was originally going to move here last year) and she has also been able to resolve other accommodations that came up.
Overall, I very much enjoy this apartment building and recommend others considering this place to see it in person.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest apartment community I have ever had the pleasure of moving into. The location is amazing, especially in terms of urban living; being so close to both a streetcar station and light rail makes commuting a breeze. That's not even mentioning that one of Seattle's nicest parks is literally right next door, and so is a fantastic farmers market that happens every weekend! The Modera staff are amazing too! Leigha made moving in a breeze and is easily the best leasing consultant I have ever worked with!

Moving to a new state can be pretty challenging (I moved from Texas to Seattle, Washington), but Leigha and the rest of Modera’s leasing team made the transition much easier. They were always available to answer questions and guide me through the paperwork. The apartment building itself is lovely—modern yet still warm/welcoming, with beautiful rooftop views of the city and Cal Anderson Park. Being in the heart of Capitol Hill gives me easy access to everything the city has to offer. I highly recommend this apartment building!

Moved in 2 months ago and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The rooftop area has to be one of my favorite spots. The maintenance and cleanliness is great! Perfect to hangout and relax. The management team has been helpful and extremely kind every time I pass by the office.

We had an awesome experience touring at Modera thanks to Leigha! She took the time to listen to what we were looking for in terms of layout and space for our pets, and did her best to match availabile apartments, and also kept an eye out for future ones that would become availability. When touring the complex, we could see the attention to detail and effort that the management team put into the place. The amenities were well maintained and the free coffee machine was an added bonus to already great amenities. We toured several apartment complexes in the Cap Hill area and this one was by far our favorite. We ultimately chose an apartment in a different location that was closer to work, but would come back here if we had the chance. Thanks again to Leigha for being awesome!

Leigha is an absolute rockstar! She's the main reason we signed our lease here. We toured a bunch of places around Capitol Hill, but our experience with Leigha was hands-down the best.
What really impressed me was how much she knew about every single apartment. I was super worried about noise, and Leigha gave us in-depth answers about different noise sources and how they vary between layouts and buildings. She was incredibly patient, letting me tour twice because I was so on the fence (moving is a big deal, you know?).
Leigha answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. When it came to move-in, she worked tirelessly to coordinate everything, making the whole process completely seamless. We just knew if we went with Modera, we wouldn't have to stress about a thing, and so far, that's been 100% true.
If you're apartment hunting in the area, definitely try to work with Leigha.
