A couple pros and cons: - The gym here has better and more varied equipment than other apartment gyms I've been to. - Maintenance is on top of it! It's easy to submit a work order. Orlando always addresses them quickly and does a good job fixing things up. I've never had to submit a follow up. - No complaints about the unit itself. - Even though it's a no smoking property there are residents who do smoke so it's annoying to leave the window open because cigarette smoke will waft in.

I put in a maintenance request for a bad switch in my apartment. Orlando swung by and was very professional. He quickly performed the necessary changes. The maintenance team is great!
