This morning I locked myself out on my patio. Normally there are lots of people about, but today an hour went by before a young woman appeared. I asked her to knock on my neighbors door and she did. My neighbor called the office but no one answered so she left a voicemail and set off to find help. Soon after one of our stellar maintenance men, Martin, came around for something unrelated He soon went into high gear and before long the whole maintenance team arrived, along with my sweet neighbor riding shotgun, and saved the day. There are a lot of nice things about living at Avalon Campbell, and the maintenance team here is top notch in every way. I’ve lived here for fifteen years in three different apartments and they never let you down. If they had more stars I’d give it to them!
