Angelique is nothing short of amazing! She helped answer all of our questions a month prior to moving in. After touring a couple of apartments, we finally landed on The Lex. We love everything about the building & where it is conveniently located. Once my husband & I made the decision, Angelique made sure to email us right after our tour. Closer to our move in date, we headed over one last time & chose the apartment we wanted. Moving in was a total breeze, especially with all the paperwork. Angelique walked us through everything & has since been super accommodating, flexible, & understanding! It is nice to have people like Angelique working in the leasing office, as it takes charisma & customer service skills to deal with residents. I recently rented a unit at The Lex Apartments, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. Barnard, the leasing agent, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me and my family a few units that perfectly matched our preferences and move-in date. His communication was excellent, and he answered all our questions in a timely manner.
After deciding on the unit, Manager Monique assisted me with the application and approval process. She was incredibly responsive and supportive, making the entire process seamless. My family and I are so excited to move in and begin this new chapter. I highly recommend The Lex Apartments to anyone looking for a new home—great team, fantastic service, and a welcoming community!

Irving in maintenance is a dependable presence in the Lex community. He responds swiftly to any issues, keeping everything in top shape. Along with his dedicated team members, they ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Their friendly attitudes and attention to detail really stand out. It’s evident that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. We appreciate all they do!
A great place to live, The staff are approachable and helpful, especially the maintenance crew and Irving! Irving has gone above and beyond to help those at the Lex. Irving even helped me with a stressful situation once as he was passing by the lobby and saw the situation through, despite it being his day off. Very appreciative of this community and Irving!
Living at the Lex has been great, the highlight of the 2 years here has been the maintenance crew, specifically Irving. He’s always been helpful especially in one instance our car got towed accidentally, during that situation he coordinated w t management and the tow yard to get it out for free that same day. Always happy and a great help…5 stars!

Shoutout to Irving. My kitchen sink started leaking at 10pm and he came through. Turned out the tube got loose overtime and he fixed it right away. Thank you man, you make living here stress free. A+ service

Have lived here for about two years so here is my honest review after coming from another SJ Luxury Complex:
The maintenance team is truly the best, very responsive, trustworthy, and friendly.
Rohina is a sweetheart and is a wealth of knowledge. I respect how she is very transparent and informative compared to past management.
The park and view of the mountains are refreshing and a life changer for dogs. Well lit at night. Young families and sports nightly give a community feeling, yet being right near major interstates. We enjoy exercising around the western digital block and many others do as well. Shopping and coffee are a walking distance away. Lots of FREE street parking around the park. The parking garage security has greatly improved with the new high speed doors. We have never had issues with stolen packages but we live on the higher floors that have more levels of security.
There is some homelessness near the train tracks behind The Lex but they always keep to themselves.
I'm posting this review on behalf of my disabled son. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the Abode Services agency for recommending this property. I'd also like to commend Barnard, the leasing professional, for his excellent communication and professionalism throughout the process. 👍
The Lex Apartments is a hidden gem located near Romac Park, which offers various activities. It's within walking distance of great restaurants such as Applebee's, Five Guys, Wingstop, and Chipotle, as well as convenient shopping options like Safeway, Target, Lowe's, and Petco. Kaiser Hospital is nearby for emergencies. 🏥
The apartment units vary in shape, appliances, and features. The unit my son occupies has a glass walk-in shower, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The smart thermostat is a great addition. 🔥
For those who may have claustrophobia, the layout may feel a bit confined due to the inside hallway, but the open cutouts allow for better circulation. The property features a dog park and a pet wash area, and the integration of nature within the construction is a nice touch. 🌳
The only downside is the speed of traffic in the garage and limited street parking due to the nearby park. Overall, I'd still give it a five-star rating. Be prepared to walk if you have visitors. ⭐
