I have lived at Estancia for over a year now and I have enjoyed my living experience. The community amenities at Estancia are exceptional. The pool area is a favorite spot, perfect for relaxing on weekends, while the fitness center is well-equipped. Outdoor spaces like the BBQ areas and landscaped courtyards provide great places to socialize and unwind. The management team at Estancia is outstanding, especially Laura. Laura is always professional, responsive, and always willing to assist with any needs or questions. I've been living at Estancia for about 9 months and have really enjoyed my time here. The community is really quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alberto and James have attended to my service requests very quickly. Farokh and the office team are always so welcoming. I always see improvements being done around the property. I highly recommend this community to everyone.
