Avalon at Cahill is in a great location. It is right by Cahill park, the train station and Whole Foods - which is very convenient. We lived in one of the townhouses which was very spacious. Some of the interior is a bit out of date, but my understanding was they were about to update that unit. The staff was extremely friendly. Ash from the office was always available to help with our needs and questions. And I'd like to especially thank Raymi M. who went out of his way to help us. We had already out of our unit and moved to southern California when the internet company called us and asked us to return the router that was still in one of the closets. I explained that we had already moved to southern California, but they said unless I returned it, we would would a good chunk of money. I called Cahill and left a message hoping someone would be able to help us out. Raymi called me back and said he would go to the unit himself and take it to the UPS store on his own time and make sure the equipment was returned to the internet company! We can't thank him enough! Hopefully management sees this message as well and recognizes Raymi for his extra effort! This is just another example of our really good interaction with the entire staff and maintenance team!

My apartment is perfect. Raymi has been extremely helpful; he consistently goes above and beyond to resolve maintenance issues. The entire leasing office team, including Asher, is always friendly. Highly recommended!
