Jessica in the leasing office could not have made this process easier!! She not only was extremely responsive and knowledgable but her kindness was unmatched. I visited a few other apartment complexes in the area and my interactions with Jessica was a HUGE deciding factor in why I decided to rent at The Commons. She is an absolute gem!

Maintenance super fast Parking is great but no guest parking. We were able to park our guest around the complex and gove them a ride to our place Very friendly staff Pools always clean Very nice neighbors Prices went up very little with renewal, but hopefully they go down too with market. I really believe they would honor the market. Towing is fast if someone is in your spot 10-30 min Great to walk around with your dog. In unit laundry is a life changer, they are brand new appliances. Some kitchen counters are old buy they remodel them with new granite counters. Not a biggie. Popcorn sealing, not a fan but it’s there for a reason.. acoustic insulation. Great place to live overall!
