The maintenance crew is fantastic. Prompt friendly, and always do the job so well. That said the administration office not so good not responsive. A quick addition to my earlier review. Yesterday, July 12, my A/C went out and I requested service. Within hours the maintenance team was on it. They replaced a part and it was back up and running. Excellent service!!

I had an emergency with my refrigerator not working. I placed an order at around 9 pm and the Maintainence team- Orlando and Alex were at the door less than 15 mins. They replaced the refrigerator with a new one. Hats off to both of them for their hard work and professionalism. Great job guys 🙌 Thank you!
