Five months into our lease and we are, so far, very happy with our apartment at Chestnut Street. The management have been excellent communicators and respond quickly to any requests. They also provide community alerts, reminders, and helpful tips. We feel safe, heard, and respected here. Would recommend Chestnut Street to anyone.

My partner and I recently moved to Santa Cruz and have been on the hunt for a new apartment. After a friend referred us to the Chestnut St. complex, I reached out to talk on the phone with the property manager, Daniela. She was very kind and answered all our questions promptly. We were invited to come meet her in person and tour the complex. Luckily we were satisfied with the apartments and even more excited that they are located near the beach. We appreciate Daniela’s warm welcome and assistance!
