The kitchen features plenty of cabinets and shelving, a full-sized fridge, and a full-sized gas stove and range. The kitchen area has enough room to accommodate a dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a very spacious closet and a rare feature: an additional storage room with plenty of room for bike storage, camping gear, and the like. Past tenants have used it as a home office in the past. Included in the rent are some utilities (water, sewer, and trash), as well as a parking spot. The parking is not assigned but there is enough parking that each unit has one spot. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent with a one-year lease. The 7-unit apartment complex is very quiet and has a dedicated coin-operated laundry room. The landlord requires verifiable income, excellent rental, and credit history. Income can be verified in form of W2, 2022 tax returns, 2 most recent paystubs or offer letters for new hires are required in order to be considered. Bank statements and VenMo transactions are NOT considered income verification. No pets.
