Upstairs are two more bedrooms as well as another large bathroom with a shower over the tub. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet, while all other bedrooms have medium sized or a large closet. The kitchen & living room make entertainment and family life easy: an open floorplan provides for a multitude of layouts for the residents. The kitchen has maple cabinets, quartz countertops, and all white appliances (electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave hood as well as a full sized fridge). There is a large, south facing deck off the living room as well as a smaller balcony towards the backside of the home, adding to the large airy feeling, just like the vaulted ceilings do. The home is built very energy efficient with an on-demand hot water heater, heat pump for AC & Heat etc. Washer and dryer are being provided. All flooring throughout is waterproof LVT flooring.
