Welcome to this 2 beds 1 bath Capitola gem apartment in a well maintained community. Nestled into the back of a quaint and cozy community, this apartment is within walking distance to New Brighton State beach, New Brighton Middle, Capitola Village, Gayle's, Beer Thirty and Nob Hill... so many conveniences right around the corner! This spacious ground floor unit has an open floor plan to a large living space off the entry, a nice sized galley kitchen tucked off the small dining area, and sliding patio doors for easy access to the parking area. Washer/dryer hook-ups are provided, in addition to an electric range, dishwasher and fridge. There is plenty of room for cooking with lots of counter and cabinet space. The bedrooms are good sized with nice natural lighting and oversized closets. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over tub and there are two hall closets for extra storage as well as a large storage space in the carport. Water, Sewer and Trash INCLUDED! The tenant will only be responsible for PG&E and internet. The apartment comes with one covered carport space with private storage space, as well as a designated parking space in the lot. There is an onsite maintenance person and the lovely landscaping throughout the community is well taken care of. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well. Our office participates in the Pet Screening service, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PETS IN THE HOME.
