Our bathroom faucet’s spigot sprung a leak and Brandon the maintenance man came super fast and got it repaired within about 30 minutes. It’s team members like him that keep us renewing our lease! Keep up the good work!

So far living here has been amazing! As a single mother it’s nice to know that all I have to do is submit a request and my problem will soon be addressed and fixed. Specifically my leaking dishwasher. I honestly thought it was the disposal but when I went to run the washer I noticed the squirting water hose. I submitted a request online and immediately Max Sanchez reached out and then followed up the next day. Not only did he fix the hose, he updated the washer and even filled it with my dirty dishes. I don’t know anyone that would go above and beyond as he and the Avalon willow glen staff has done. You can tell the level of care and concern this complex receives as issues are taken care of asap. Five stars to maintenance and administration staff, please know you are greatly appreciated!
