I lived at Sparq for a year and a half, and I wouldn’t have left if I weren’t moving out of commuting distance. Camisha, Guillermo, and the rest of the team are top-notch and truly care about making Sparq a great place to live. Location: SoFA district is close to downtown San Jose with plenty to do (Pobladores Night Market, Jazz Festival, First Friday). It’s near bus stops, light rail, and Diridon Station. SJSU and SAP Center are nearby, and there are several grocery stores and a YMCA within a short drive. Easy access to 280 for commuting. Parking: The building uses Klaus parking stackers, which are safe and efficient. Never had any issues. Sparq Team: Camisha is friendly, responsive, and keeps residents informed. Guillermo and the custodial team are quick to respond to maintenance requests. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The Apartment: Fantastic east-facing view with beautiful sunrises. Great storage, modern appliances, and excellent soundproofing. Reasonable pricing for the area. Overall, I highly recommend Sparq to anyone looking to move to the downtown/SoFA area. It’s a great place to live with well-equipped apartments and a convenient location.

The location in downtown San Jose was great. Everything was very walkable. The property manager, Camisha, was the best. She created a sense of community by hosting events. Guillermo was very knowledgeable and timely with all the maintenance and repairs.
