I would like to say that I enjoy my time with Malika as she showed me around the property. She was really nice and friendly and made me feel right at home. If you looking for a good and friendly place to live, look no more because this place is the place for you.
Melissa helped me move into the property a couple months ago and has been extremely helpful assisting with all my needs ! I never had any complaints with my unit but they never hesitate to ask me how I’m doing and letting me know they’re there if I need !!!

Malika did an excellent job of explaining everything and was beyond helpful. If possible, I would give her 10 stars. She's so welcoming and really understands customer service. I look forward to a great relationship with her and the rest of the staff at Rise Midtown. Everything is so convenient and well maintained. Parking is not an issue like at many complexes. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Malika and Rise Midtown.
The place itself is nice but the manager Malika made my visit and the property much better. Her knowledge, friendliness and flexibility made my visit a great experience. The apartment is not for me but I will be directing my son in their direction. Thank you Malika for making me feel like family!

We’ve been here for 5+ years now and we’ve been happy to call this place home. Malika and Melissa have been a huge help to us every step of the way. They make us feel comfortable and we appreciate everything that goes on at this complex.
To be honest this place is super quiet and I love it I just moved in and manager is a great helping person that works with you not just that the maintenance guys are amazing get things done right away ! Another thing is that there’s no noice it’s just super nice and quiet I love it so peaceful! Melissa she’s at the front desk she’s so amazing and fast quick person who helps you with any needs she is a great leasing agent she helped us a lot she’s so amazing and sweet and nice ! I love rise midtown all the other reviews are lies its the best place to live in 🫶🫶🫶😇 also it’s clean outside ! Nice 👍

Natalie made my application process fairly quick and smooth! Although she was by herself, she managed to assist me in a timely matter; I was able to move in next day with no issue. The property is well kept and idolize the maintenance tech, Alejandro, for how hard he works. Both him and Natalie make a great team!
The manager Natalie was so kind and answered all my questions in a timely manner even though she seemed so busy at that moment. She was more than helpful and made me and my kids feel comfortable and important, like we mattered. She definitely didn't seem like she was just working for a paycheck, but like her guests/tenants actually mean something to her! She sure does deserve a raise! 😉

Melissa is great, she has good people skills. She will help you to her best ability, to make sure you get into an apartment, very knowledgeable about the unit and she's has a good attitude, she's patient when you have a question and also will get back to you if you need a question answered. She's also very professional.

Absolutely amazing staff here at Rise Midtown! Went in to talk to Melissa about a 2bed/2bath and she had us approved in just 24hrs. & Natalie most definitely helped make the process completely painless and stress-free!:) The apartment is very spacious and homey!
