Clean. Secure. Super helpful property management. Love the courtyard & rooftop areas. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. No issues with parking (other than a game day due to neighboring bars). Pet friendly. Central to the beach, downtown, South Bay & San Fernando valley!! I highly recommend.

I have lived at MLofts for 4.5 years and enjoyed my stay. The open hallway and patio are kept clean, the neighbours are typically relaxed and quiet and the property management (Sascha and Jackie) are helpful. Loved the high ceilings and finished concrete floor of the apartment itself. Would recommend to others.
