We lived at Goldwyn for about 3 years. Martin was quick to respond to any issues we had with the unit and we enjoyed our stay here! It’s also walking distance to downtown culver which is great for nights out. The rooftop is also a good spot to hang out or bbq. My only remark is to be cognizant that it’s on a main street. It can get a little loud. If available, consider a unit on the non-street facing side of the building.

I lived here for 3 years, I had a great experience. Martin the bldg manager is incredible and as good as you can get! Highly recommend!
