I cannot recommend this building highly enough! From the moment I moved in, I have felt nothing but welcomed and cared for by the amazing management team. I did my move in with Alejandra (asst mgr.) almost 3 years ago. During this entire time, she has maintained being incredibly attentive and efficient and she knows this building like the back of her hand.
Violet is a newer member of the staff as the new building manager. My encounters with her has been great, she is quick to respond and always wants to address any issues/concerns I have had. She has also set in motion a lot of upgrades that were needed in the building, so even though it’s been a little noisy during a period of time, it’s been welcomed in order to maintain high standard of the building.
Humberto, the head of maintenance, is hands-down the best maintenance person ever! Whether I have a small repair or something more complex, Humberto always takes time to understand what’s needed and offers suggestions/advice while also super friendly and personable and extremely professional.
Want to also shout out his colleague Mario who is also super helpful and will always greet you with a great smile in the hallways.
Together, Violet, Alejandra, and Humberto make this building a great place to live. They are dedicated in providing exceptional service, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents.
The building itself is always well-maintained, clean, and safe thanks to the amazing cleaning staff and on-site security.

Management team is nice and friendly. The owner and the team of professionals running this place are regularly making improvements that other apartment complexes would put off. Great security system. Building-wide complimentary WiFi with good bandwidth is great if you don't have your own, but if you do it's there as a reliable alternative if you're having problems with your own service.. The maintenance is fast and efficient and usually takes less than 24 hours to get your repairs done. Whatever facilities you want to find in an apartment, you are sure to find it here. Terrific fitness center. Community barbecues in the central patio area allow you to prepare a meal without having the hassle of maintaining your own propane unit on your balcony. Computers in the lounge connected to a COLOR laser printer. It is a resident-friendly apartment.
They have a reliable system for receiving packages, which is important these days. Up to speed with the latest electronic communication for repairs and other issues.The apartment complex is incredibly clean and well maintained. Location is near 405 & 10, so easy to get to other places in So Cal. Not too far from the beach so climate is more beach-like than downtown-like (cooler).
We truly enjoyed our time living in this complex! Staff is always super friendly and helpful, maintenance is always quick to respond to issues, lobbies were always kept clean and bright, and the elevator truly helped during those days when we had to lug heavy things up to our apartment. The amenities helped make the place more comfortable, and especially when our friends came over. They also have on site security which made the complex feel more safe. The rent is on the average/median side from what we saw when we first started looking, as living anywhere in Culver City would not be cheap. However, from what we experienced, it was extremely affordable and worth every penny! We only moved because we relocated, and would much recommend this place to all our friends and anyone searching for a new home!
I just want to take this opportunity to share my experience living here for the last 35 years. That’s what happens to a NYC “kid” … when you find a GREAT place to live, you don’t move! The Bldg Mgr, Violet, her Asst., Ali and the maintenance staff are absolutely 1st rate. They keep the property immaculate and if ever a tenant needs assistance they are always there to help. Also super facilities (gym, pool, steam and more) and the garage is now fully equipped with EV chargers. It’s a wonderful place for families. It just feels good to tell people how good I’ve had it living here. Hope you do too!
I have been living here for the past 3 months, and I will highly recommend this place! The maintenance/management folks, including Darryll, Alie and Michel, have been very considerate and helpful. As of now, I haven't had any problems living here.
The amenities are also well furnished and kept up-to-date with the repairs and timely maintenance. There's also a night-time security guard present. Overall, I am satisfied with the rent I am paying for my one bedroom apartment here. For folks working in and around Culver City, this is a great apartment to stay for a short commute to work!

Living at 3700 for the past 1yr 1/2 was very enjoyable and comfortable. It always felt very clean, calm and peaceful. The pool, sauna, gym, courtyard and computer room made it feel like a hotel and were very clean and modern. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves, but every one I encountered was always very friendly including the maintenance, management and security staff. Our apt on the 3rd floor had amazing views of Los Angeles and we especially enjoyed being walking distance to Downtown Culver City, 7-eleven, Trader Joe’s and Mar Vista park. Overall I would highly recommend this complex! Thank you 3700!

The staff at this property are wonderful. Violet and Ali are professional and efficient with responses. They truly work hard to make themseleves available and help tenants. In the two years I was a resident, work orders were always completed in a timely manner. The spacious common areas were impeccably maintained. The security team is also great. This is a well managed property in a convenient and prime location.
My husband and I have been living here for 8+ years and we absolutely love it. For starters, the staff is amazing, front desk and maintenance. We hardly have any issues but when we do, we get help in a timely and efficient manner. They are really on top of everything, repairs, compliance, cleanliness.
Second, the amenities are so great and practical. The laundry (never have to wait & always clean) pool area, gym, student center, kid's playground, their package delivery system etc!
We outgrew our initial 1 bedroom apt and we refused to move elsewhere so we upgraded in the same complex! that's how much we love it here.
We continue to love this place because it's family friendly, the amenities and space are very helpful in getting the little ones outside playing and getting fresh air without having to leave the premises, which feels safer vs taking a walk on the big streets.
