The maintenance staff at Avalon is the best! Both Chris and William have incredible response times and always go out of their way to help, and fix up even the smallest details. When my AC wasn’t working they not only contacted the company and set up the appointment to get it fixed, but also brought and set up a temporary window AC to keep the apartment temperature cool until it was fixed. They’re both very friendly and welcoming to new members of the building, making sure that any issues in new apartments are resolved immediately.
