No other area in the city has as much to offer in such a close distance. Living here means that you're mere blocks in any direction from all you could want or need, including Cal Anderson Park, The New Light Rail Station with one stop access to Downtown or The University of Washington and The University of Washington School of Medicine, The Seattle Central College Campus, Dicks Burgers, all of the cities major bus lines, and the Seattle Street Car, as well as multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife galore. Within steps of The Alyward alone you can find The Scratch Deli Coffee and Beer Garden Cafe, Chugees Chinese Restaurant, and Chavez Mexican Cantina. This unit is situated on the Northwest corner of the building and receives a generous amount of natural light. It has hardwood floors through out and a new gas range in the kitchen. The Alyward has a Laundry room with storage, a secured bike room, and separate lockable storage units available. It also has a rear entrance with a courtyard and lawn for tenants to use. We are offering this 1 bedroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with a $75 per month utility fee. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
