Review time!!!! I have lived at this community going a year and I must say that many of the recent changes have really kicked his community up a notch! Ivy is amazing!!! She recently became our property manager and the work this lady puts into our community is amazing. Anytime I have ever needed ANYTHING she has been there and been amazing. I know her job can't be the easiest as I have heard some of the others who live here not being the best to the community staff here and she handles it always with grace, professionalism, and a smile always! The Maintenance head or as I like to call him Maintenance 1 man army | beast Jorge is amazing as always! Anytime I have ever had a need or like a dummy allow several requests to pile up before I submit them, he has come to the rescue! Jorge always does not just an amazing job but is super friendly and I have seen him countless times still at the community working past 7:00pm which blows my mind. Hardworking, friendly, and an overall joy to have as a maintenance person! This community deserves a 10/5 if it were possible, so a 5/5 will have to do. Me and my partner feel safe and feel that the rent is great value for money and convenience considering it's right across a street from an Amazon Fresh and in walking distance to lots of good eats and things to do. The garage always seems to have just enough parking for everyone and over the last few months I have seen the parking truly being enforced which is nice to see always! 10/5 would rent here again!!!!!!!!!
