I moved in the beginning of October and from the first time, my experience with the apartment complex and the staff had been amazing. The complex itself is well maintained and beautiful, I love the smart home app. It makes life easier. The staff goes above and beyond for you, the neighbors all seem nice and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Lydia, and she exceeded my expectations. She stayed on top of my application and in close communication with me. Any time I have a maintenance issue, it is handled within that same week, if not the next day. I've lived in many parts of phx, and this is by far the best apartment complex I've visited. Definitely worth what I pay for rent. I'm extremely happy
