First off, GORGEOUS apartments. As soon as I walked in I couldn’t help but notice how clean the building was, which most places - in my experience - are not. The tour guide/receptionist Hailey was extremely pleasant to work with and incredibly engaging during the touring process. She appears very knowledgeable about the complex and its facilities. Very charming, lovely personality

Been here for almost two years now without many complaints.
Maintenance is pretty quick. Elevators are pretty fast unless you take the freight elevator. Super safe and secure. The front office is quite attentive.
Hoping I can stay here for longer if I can find a female roommate to take over my roommate’s portion of the lease which ends in July.

I’ve just made a month at San Simeon and it has been great. From the front of house to the maintenance team, they are on it. The location is great and centrally located, amenities are fantastic and there are awesome community events. Big shout out also to Adaeze and Ysa for their efforts in making the community events (see hosted resident Thanksgiving photos for more) an awesome time.
My only knock is that there have been some areas of our unit that have been experiencing some water damage as of late (not due to weather) though maintenance has been very expedient to address the service requests. Floors between units also seem thin so may be more prone to hear foot steps and noise from upstairs neighbors.
Nonetheless, I highly recommend to consider San Simeon if you’re in the search!
