We only toured here did not lease, but wanted to give a shout out to Grace for giving us one of the most informative tours we had during our apartment search! She was incredibly thorough and kind during our time there and it made for a great experience. We loved the complex, the amenities are some of the best for the price point in this area that I’ve seen. Our decision to not live here simply came down to price, the monthly fees are on the higher end and it ultimately pushed this place just a bit out of our budget.

I have been living here for six months, and I absolutely love it! The apartments are clean and it always has great maintenance. If you have any issues, you can just call the help desk and somebody will contact you and usually solve your problems within 24 hours! Great neighbors and I’ve enjoyed my stay here definitely going to renew my lease !

I move here with my best friend a couples months ago. The space of the apartment is really big! The neighbors are always friendly, the amenities are awesome! And the maintenance crew are always on point of everything. The best part is the view. My bestie and I got the view of Downtown Houston and that’s just amazing.
Last but not least, the location is great! There’s a lot of things to do around here.
Definitely check this apartment complex out if you’re looking for an apartment!

This property was gorgeous and so was the leasing agent who toured us!!! Tashauna was so kind, fun, and helpful throughout the whole thing. She listened to our concerns and showed us units that closely met our needs. I look forward to working with her again in the near future when we sign our lease for this upcoming January.
I’ve been living at the Pearl Washington for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it! Everything from the amenities to the staff is amazing and very convenient. Shout out to Grace, she’s always a big help in the office and such a kind lady. All the neighbors are friendly and it is an overall quiet and chill environment! Not to mention how relaxing the courtyards are!

Good afternoon, I’ve been living at Pearl for 3 months and so far I’m really impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff, Michaela and Grace. I’m disabled and must say that I am able to move throughout the property without any difficulties. The dog park is convenient for someone in my situation. Btw the halls always smell like a good hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been a Pearl Washington resident for a little over 2 years now. In love with my spacious 2 bedroom and the amenities are a great plus. I have never had any issues living here and Grace at the front office is always super sweet! The best part about living here is always getting to see a beautiful sunset every day!
