I love this location and the ease of having a small home! I had a hard time finding a place that fit my budget and allowed both my cat and dog until I found Avalon 1. The manager has been nice and unlike other reviewers, I have found him really easy to get ahold of by text. If you are looking for an affordable, small spot to lay your head down, this is it.
