Amazing community, amenities are constantly being updated, VERY pet friendly. A+ maintenance tech!! My favorite place I’ve lived so far in Seattle. The rooftop & dog areas are such great additions. I also love that I never hear my neighbors through the walls or above me. The appliances are beautiful and the in-unit washer/dryer was a game changer for our family! Thank you wilcox!

I've been here for 1.5 years and have only good things to say about my experience. The building is new, the common areas and grounds are well maintained. The rooftop deck for example is one of the hugest draws to this building for me personally. I'm amazed every time I'm up there at the spacious view which includes Mount Rainier, the Olympic range, and the ship canal. The plant life is abundant and very well maintained. A great place to hang out with friends - I've even seen some live music being performed up there! The gym isn't huge but it has all I need to get consistently awesome workouts. I was able to ditch my paid gym membership and just work out downstairs here in the building, which is super convenient. It Has five cardio machines, a leg press, free weights, yoga/pilates equipment and a universal training machine. The clubhouse has a pool table, and there are Amazon prime lockers in the lobby. Since I've been here, I have well acquainted myself with the staff and I feel like they're great at supporting all my needs as a tenant. I left my overhead light on in my car the other day and was able to get jumpstarted very quickly by maintenance staff. I had a plumbing emergency where water was flooding my apartment and somebody was here within about six minutes. Management staff here really try to go out of their way to make sure that their tenants are well taken care of and happy with their living spaces. They frequently offer free donuts or mimosas for current and prospective tenants in the lobby there is generally always someone available in the lobby should you have any questions. My unit is east facing and overlooks 20th Ave. still the noise level is definitely acceptable somehow. Within the building I can occasionally hear my neighbors doors shutting or set of keys jingling outside but other than that it's pretty silent. This is a dog friendly building. They offer bougie dog treats in the lobby there is a patch of grass with a fire hydrant on the roof. I have heard dogs barking from inside my unit before but it's definitely rare. I personally am pretty sensitive to noise but this is not been an issue for me here.
