Me and my wife enjoyed living in the Broadway lofts, had no problems. We lived here for a little over a year. The management was quick with repairs and were proffesional and friendly at the same time. We had a apartment kind of studio on the 4th floor and honestly it was spacious and the pricing was a deal considering the location. Would not have moved if I wasn't relocating for my job. The building didn't have any break-ins or any sort of problems that we know about. They have a security guard from 7pm-7am, Ali the security guard was the best part of our stay there. He is great at his job, not only he knows every tenants by their names but also their guests. We always felt safe in this building. We also got our security deposit back in mail at our new apartment pretty quick. Would definitely rent it again if in the area.

Guy who came through was in, worked the problem fast and out within 30 minutes. No mess no fuss nothing! Thanks again to Joel to taking care of the issue fast and with a smile. Love Broadway lofts of DTLA!!
