Our studios, over-the-top penthouses and one- and two-bedroom Washington D.C. apartments feature an urban-inspired design that extends beyond your walls to social spaces throughout the building. Located where bars and clubs converge with galleries and restaurants, where sushi meets tacos, and music collides with performing arts. Just blocks from Union Station Metro and Capitol Hill.

Recently moved in and building staff has been very attentive. Larone has been fantastic in responding to any and all issues/inquires that have come up. So far, they have made my move in smooth. The apartment itself is nice, great view, access to a shared courtyard for tenants. The security system is great with Latch.

I have been living at AVA H Street for about two months now, and I have had a very positive experience. My apartment gets great natural light, and the price for my spacious one bedroom is definitely lower than other apartments in the area. The location is excellent as well. Larone is an excellent building manager. He made my move-in process seamless, and since then has continued to be available and accessible for any questions I've had. He also goes out of his way to plan fun events for the community. Terrence, the maintenance manager, is also very friendly and helpful. This building does not have some of the other amenities that some of the newer NoMa apartments have like a rooftop and pool, but in my opinion the spacious floor plans you get here outweigh the lack of modernity. Would definitely recommend living here!
