Painstakingly restored in 2001, these Georgetown apartments offer great amenities and beautiful finishes throughout. Our location at the gateway to Embassy Row in the Cathedral Heights neighborhood provides immediate access to Georgetown, Rock Creek Park, galleries, museums and theaters. Our homes feature hardwood floors, walk-in closets with shelving, private balconies with magnificent views, sunrooms and dens. Enjoy our heated indoor lap pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubroom with kitchen and a private reading library. We will not refuse to lease an apartment to a person because they will be using a payment voucher for rental assistance provided by the District of Columbia or federal government.

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I never want to leave! The staff is friendly, the management is responsive, and maintenance always resolves any issues within 24 hours. A couple of things that stand out to me are the preventative maintenance for bugs and upmost kindness when I lock myself out. Zero complaints!

I am a current resident and love it here. I’ve been here since 2019 and have seriously had minor issues. Yes, there are more expensive, luxury buildings in the area but they all have serious issues (mold, etc.). Alban is a dream. The building is rock solid and noise is very rarely an issue. I hear my neighbor laugh on occasion but nothing else. I face Wisconsin Ave and traffic is normal city traffic. I have a terrace and live on the middle floor - I have NEVER seen bugs or mice so I’m not sure what the other poster is claiming - if you’re messy, the pests will come. I have seen many managers here: Dereka, Enock, Jared and now Cody and they are all FANTASTIC! This building is truly a city gem, a historic landmark and just beautiful. I love all of our community events and the location cannot be beat. We are missing an outdoor pool but Beauvoir and lovely city pools are right nearby. Frankly, I’ve heard that having an outdoor pool at your building not only jacks up the rent or amenity fee but also can result in more repairs and issues (I know of a couple DC buildings with outdoor pools that have been shutdown for two summers now because of leaks). Best go to the municipal pools! Anyway, I love Alban!!!
