It’s an older building with it’s own older-building-problems, but it has been absolutely great living at DT. I have never encountered extreme noise, unattended to maintenance issues and any seldom bug problems that do occur are well taken care of. The roof garden is lovely to have and their summer pool is newly renovated and looks pristine. For an all-inclusive housing in this area- it is incredibly competitively priced. And even the post pandemic price bump was not comparable to what my other friends were telling me they faced. It was under $50. If you want super modern appliances and cute kitchen cabinets- that’s not going to happen. But everything else has been more than reasonable! I have been here for 8 yrs or so.

Dorchester Towers is a hidden gem and i have been living here for over 6 years. Since Omar took over managing the property, the building has seen some great positive changes with maintenance and upgrades. Omar and Aida are friendly, patient and have a tenant first mindset. They listen to tenant feedback and make resolving any issues a stress free event. Highlights for this apartments are the rose garden, tennis court, the pool and the rooftop garden (a must see). I am looking forward to seeing even more great changes that will make Dorchester Towers an even more amazing place to live in. I hope property owners appreciates Omar's hard work in turning this place around.
