All this at moderate rates, and you’ll see why our residents love living at Oakland Apartments!

Where do I start? I have been living here for almost 2 years, and I have no complaints! The apartment is maintained very well. From consistent cleaning to pest control, you can tell they work hard. I have not seen any pesky roaches or had to deal with anything of that sort. While I keep my apartment clean, I know we are bug free because the apartment workers are always working to keep a clean and fresh environment. Also, the maintenance team is awesome! They usually come in within the day to fix any issue. They are always respectful and ready to help when you need it. Finally, the members in the leasing office are amazing people. They are always there to answer your questions with a great big smile! I have not lived in an apartment and called it my home until I moved here. From the actual environment, to the apartment, the community, and the staff, everything is wonderful. 1000/10 from me!

Great apartment, great community, great location! I have been living here for several months and so far everything has been wonderful and I have no complaints. The staff and maintenance are super kind and very helpful. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they are very quick and attentive. There is usually rarely anything wrong, but if there is, they try to solve the issue as soon as possible. The apartment buildings and the complex community is also clean and well maintained. If you want a comfortable living space for an affordable rate, I definitely recommend Oakland Apartments!!:)
