I have been a resident of Westmont Garden Apartments for approximately three years, and there are several features that I particularly enjoy about the place. Firstly, I appreciate the spaciousness of the apartment and the presence of large windows that can be opened without any concern for bugs entering, thanks to the installed mesh. The kitchen size is ideal, and the appliances function perfectly. I especially like that the oven operates on gas. The closets are of a satisfactory size, and the overall floor plan is well-designed. Another aspect I value is having a window in the bathroom.
One of the things I love most about living here is the absence of bugs, including roaches and rats. I believe this is due to the daily trash pickup in the morning. Additionally, the management takes proactive measures by periodically visiting each apartment to ensure prevention and address any concerns. Finding parking is generally not an issue, although it can be challenging if I arrive after 11 pm.
The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, usually attending to requests the following day. They are also respectful and friendly in their interactions. The leasing office staff, particularly Adrian, the manager, and Mrs. Bon, who has a strong personality, are always kind and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. The youngest man at the front desk is exceptionally polite as well. Reflecting on my three years here, I cannot recall any negative experiences.
As for areas with potential for improvement, it would be great to have apartments with in-unit washer and dryer facilities. However, I understand that this would likely result in increased rent. Currently, the rental rates are adjusted to accommodate residents' budgets, as gas, electricity, and amenities are all included in the rent. The condominium management demonstrates a commitment to maintenance and cleanliness throughout the property, as evidenced by their recent update of washer and dryer machines in the buildings.
In summary, Westmont Garden Apartments is a place I wholeheartedly recommend for living.

The Westmont Gardens community is a wonderful place to live! There are so many good things to say.
First of all, the apartments are extremely spacious, newly renovated, and provide a phenomenal value, especially considering how insanely expensive the Arlington-DC area can be. In addition, the complex is very centrally located and everything you could possibly need is within walking distance or a short bus ride (a bus stop is right outside the door).
The staff is great, too. Gary, the maintenance man, is absolutely incredible. Besides just being a fun guy, he will help out no matter what day, time, or issue it is I call about. His work is fast and of high quality. The office staff around Von is very responsive as well and always acts fair.
As long as your expectations are reasonable, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Westmont Gardens, and trust me, if there was anything to complain about, I would mention it here. All in all, I highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Arlington-DC area! You'll be very happy here!

I just moved into the Westmont. The leasing team made it a super smooth transition for me. I love the property. It’s a beautiful building. The staff are very friendly and professional. I love the environment. The front desk concierge David is AWESOME! He really takes care of the tenants here. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

I am a social worker in the area, who works with newcomer families to find housing.
Their management was extremely patient and understanding with my clients and I, and I could not have found them a cleaner/nicer apartment! Thank you to Adrian the manager, for helping our clients feel welcome in their new community! Would reccommend this complex to anyone looking for a solid housing option in the area!
Wayne Tombs is the absolute best! I recently toured this property and he was very pleasant and patient. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough during the tour.
I moved here in August and I absolutely love living here. The apartments are spacious and staff is kind. Rent is affordable for the area which is also a huge positive. There are only two downsides I have found. You can sometimes hear into other apartments, however everyone in my building is extremely respectful regarding space and being aware of noise level. The other downside is that I've had a few mice in my apartment. However, maintenance is absolutely on top of things and is so quick to come take a look at anything. Even when I've had low priority issues, they have showed up the same day or next day to take a look. Yes there are issues, but it says a lot to me that any issues are addressed ASAP and taken care of.

Great location and amazing staff. Adrian the Housing Director is a really genuine guy. I love living here, and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good place to live.
I lived here for almost two years - I only left to be closer to Metro and work. Otherwise, it was a great place. It is on a number of major bus networks, and it includes free parking.
The apartments are well-maintained - in the time I lived there, I only had to call maintenance once, and they were very prompt to respond. I never had issues with rodents or insects, and the complex treats for insects regularly.
The rent price is fantastic for the area. Utilities are included, and you can have cats in the apartment for no additional fee.
The landscaping is beautiful, and it has a nice pool.
There are a number of restaurants in the area, as well as parks, shops, and grocery stores.
Overall, I definitely recommend Westmont Gardens as a great place to live.
