Shout out to Jeremiah, Miah as we fondly call him, has been so appreciated by our apartment. His job entails managerial work for maintenance as well as hands on repairs. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is always ready to genuinely greet those who cross paths with him. The helpful tips and emails are professional and are presented in a well spoken manner. I first met him as he was working with Shak and Larry. He was detailing the work they needed to do and trained with a calm and confident style. I am very grateful Miah is on staff here. He makes my apartment happy, the kitties feel comfortable, and leaves me free from stress.
