He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is always ready to genuinely greet those who cross paths with him. The helpful tips and emails are professional and are presented in a well spoken manner. I first met him as he was working with Shak and Larry. He was detailing the work they needed to do and trained with a calm and confident style. I am very grateful Miah is on staff here.
