I have lived at 1500 Mass for about 3 months having relocated to Washington DC. I'm really happy with the location and quality of the apartment. The hardwood floors, clean amenities and friendly staff make the place really special. The gym is never full, the laundry facilities are plentiful and the location is really cool. I almost never hear my neighbors. The hallways in the building could use some sprucing up with plants or pictures but the rest of it is beautiful. I'm moving my wife here in a few months and I expect us to stay for another year or more. Also, AMAZING service and maintenance staff! I'd recommend 1500 Mass to anyone.

The manager Dominique and staffs are the best. The Concierges and maintenance staffs provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. I have been living at 1500 Mass Apts for over 20 years and this is the best management we have had. They recently renovated the hallways with new carpet, new paint, new door numbers and laundry room. The hallways are beautiful and we have a nice clean fitness center. 1500 Mass Apts. is a great place to call home.
