Our convenient location is walking distance to the Metro, shopping and restaurants. The Capitol, K Street, Penn Quarter, Chinatown, Judiciary Square and Gallery Place are right outside your door. A Capital Bikeshare station is located directly across the street. We will not refuse to lease an apartment to a person because they will be using a payment voucher for rental assistance provided by the District of Columbia or federal government.

We are now in year 5, going into year 6 of living in these buildings and whenever we take a peek at newer builds, nothing ever compares to these spacious apartments. The pools on the roof (two!) are wonderful amenities. The other tenants are super high functioning ambitious professionals and fun. The staff and the maintenance teams are top notch. We love it here.

Alex, David and the rest 425 Mass Apartment team has been so helpful and responsive with maintenance already. They were friendly and will follow up after completing the request. David also helped specifically to try and ensure this same problem wouldn’t happen again.
