I am a new tenant, one of the first at the building. I'm very excited to see the building come into its full form, but it has been a pleasure to be among the newest lessees. The staff are courteous and professional down to a person. Even the apartment gym is unreasonably outstanding. Marcus and Ade have been so helpful during the transition, and I am grateful to have them as well as the rest of the excellent staff.
I recently moved into Balsa, and it's been a great experience so far. The leasing office team and concierge members are supportive and welcoming. Especially Ade and Marcus were helpful in that they assisted me with the move-in procedure, and they were always ready to listen and answer any inquiries.
Marcus is Amazing!!! Finding Balsa has been a godsend! I am new to the DC area and was in search of a place to live with good energy. I came across Balsa and reached out. Marcus responded immediately. His professionalism and attentiveness to what I wanted was right on point. I had plenty of questions and he answered them all. I called back with more questions, and he pleasantly answered those all too, lol. Before I came and physically saw my apartment Marcus took me on a virtual tour. I fell in love with it! The quality in my apartment is excellent, the appliances, cabinets, floors just everything and the location is great! My entire process from paperwork to moving in went seamlessly. Thank you, Marcus, Rochelle, the entire Balsa management team and the wonderful security staff for making Balsa feel like home!!!
I recently moved into Balsa, and so far its been a really great experience. The property management is very helpful, in particular Marcus. Marcus was really kind and available for me throughout my moving process. In terms of my room, the appliances are all high quality and I have a ton of space.

I moved into Balsa this Monday, so it hasn’t been a week yet; however, I will say that living here has been great thus far. Marcus is amazing at what he does. He is very helpful and informative. Definitely a nice place to live!

The staff at Balsa is quite wonderful to work with, especially Marcus. Moving is never easy, and there will always be parts of the process that everyone would otherwise want to avoid. Yet Marcus makes those aspects of the process significantly better, which reduces the stress level of finding a place to live. It also makes navigating the easier aspects of the process even more enjoyable. Marcus is knowledgable, friendly, will answer any of your questions, and an overall kind human being. The moving process will never be enjoyable, at least in my opinion, but it makes a difference when you work with individuals that help make it even just a little bit easier. Marcus does that and then some. If you are looking for a new apartment, check out Balsa and ask for Marcus.

I would recommend this apartment building as a place to live. The building is new, and everything is in great condition. The neighbourhood is fantastic—safe and secure, making it comfortable to walk around. Most importantly, all the staff here are welcoming and friendly. Marcus, in particular, was very helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me with my move, even helping with my luggage on moving day. Ade is also approachable and very nice, further contributing to the positive atmosphere. In short, living here has been an enjoyable experience so far.
I love living here. The staff is like family. It has a great gym and working nooks. Ade was so helpful when I needed a tour etc…Rochelle the property manager is beyond lovely and then there is Marcus…he is like a little brother to me, he says “I got you” and he means it! Taught me how to Instacart, he hustles hard.
