Big thanks to Michael for helping clear out issues and being patient in finding resolution when there was an issue with my new lease. Only moved in recently, but so far the location, building and apartment itself satisfies what I need.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The building itself is ok, ok area but tons of noise and all the standard issues seattle has to offer, tiny apartments for a ripoff of money. DO NOT LIVE HERE THOUGH. The building manager is absolutely useless at his job, so bad in fact I wouldnt live in any building this company manages. In a year of living there we had both our dishwasher and refridgerator fail, both of which happen sometimes but it took him 3 months to replace the dishwasher and around eight months for the fridge. I also got taken off the building mailing list by someone (presumably him considering the post office told me the building manager manages that) and was told that part of our security deposit would be used to pay off the last electric bill and it wasn't so that went to debt collection and I just happened to catch it before it was an issue. Point is the building is fine if not just overpriced, but I would highly recommend not living there if he's still the manager. There were just so many things you shouldn't have to worry about as a resident that just weren't taken care of.
